These terms apply when you shop at ASDEM Store through asdemstore.com.

Our store

ASDEM Store sells new and pre-owned women’s clothing, bags and accessories for delivery within the UK. For questions about an order or these terms, email support@asdemstore.com or use our contact form.

This is our trading and return address. To start a return, please follow our Returns policy.

Products and availability

Please review the photographs, description, condition and selected variant before ordering. Colours may look different on different screens. Stock is limited and adding an item to your basket or favourites does not reserve it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are included in the total shown before you pay. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order; we will not charge you an increased price without your agreement.

Offers and favourites

You need to sign in to save favourites, make an offer or view personal offers. Customer offers may be up to 25% below the current product price and are subject to acceptance. A personal offer applies only to the stated customer and product variant, with the expiry and use limits shown in its details. Offers do not reserve stock. Check that the agreed discount is applied before completing payment; contact us if it is missing.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Standard UK delivery costs £1.99, with free Standard delivery on orders of £20 or more, and an estimated transit time of 3–4 business days. Express delivery costs £4.50 with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days. Estimated arrival dates and final delivery charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping policy for details. Our Returns policy explains cancellation rights, refunds and return postage. These policies form part of your purchase terms.

Provide accurate order and contact information, and keep access to your account secure. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, our liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that applied when you placed your order continue to apply to that order.
