Delivery within the United Kingdom, with Standard and Express options.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International delivery is not available.

Cost and delivery time

• Standard: £1.99 per order, or free for orders of £20 or more. Estimated transit time: 3–4 business days.
• Express: £4.50 per order. Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same business day. Delivery estimates depend on when you order and allow for weekends and bank holidays. The estimated arrival dates and final delivery charge are shown at checkout. These dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Your delivery details

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We may be unable to change an address after dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or someone you nominate. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
